The new DS magnetic label was invented and created by Magnetall in order to offer a magnetic label with paper and transparent protection even for widths greater than 70mm of magnetic label holder type C.

The DS label with Double Welding consists of a plane white magnetic label on which we have welded a transparent PVC above and below, leaving the right and left sides open: from here the user can insert his own printed product codes on a card or other material.

APPLICATIONS:

These labels are particularly suitable for use in refrigerated warehouses even at very low temperatures. In fact, the magnet lable is not affected from low temperature and the transparent PVC holds the paper with product code, preventing it from falling.

DS labels have a considerable magnetic force thanks to their greater adhesion surface, even if they have thicknesses less than the other plain magnetic lables or type C magnetic labels.

The standard available widths of the double welding magnetic labels are 100 and 120mm, then they can be cut to the required length chosen by the Customer, maximum 800mm. On request we can make other heights but with a minimum order of thousands of pieces.

Magnetism has practically unlimited duration.
